Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Quivor.
When making returns , Pls bear in mind that:
⁃ Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
⁃ Any items returned must be in the condition in which you received them . Items must be unwashed , in the original selling condition with tags attached.
⁃ For reasons of hygiene , panties , thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them from being tried or worn . If you wish to return this type of item , the label and the safety desk must remain conserved .
⁃ When we receive your packages , we will inspect the conditions of the item before proceeding with the refund or reimburse the returned item.
How long does it take to process my refund ?
Once your item is received at our warehouse , your refund will be processed . Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to reach your account . For cash payment, we will require your bank proceed with the refund to your account and you will be notified via email .
Quivor reserves the right to correct , update or change our returns / refunds exchange policy at any time without notification.
